Position Description |
- Good understanding of landscaping - both residential & commercial including drainage, walls, patios, irrigation, and others. Proficient in measuring and visualizing the end result for the customer is critical.
- Comfortable and professional manner in meeting with customers. Someone who builds trust. - Excellent listener and clear communicator. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Able to prepare 1-2 page estimates and quotes without assistance that are well organized, easy to follow, and incorporate company pricing models and material and equipment cost components. - Organized, punctual, and able to follow a disciplined follow-up to the pre-sale, sale, and post-sale activities. The company strives to deliver all estimates/quotes within 2 business days to the customer. - Focused on both short-term results as well as long-term customer relationship building. |
